The Intense Session Program offers an immersive French experience. Our courses are a structured learning ecosystem designed to reach the perfect balance of effort. Located at the Spaces coworking campus in La Défense, you will enjoy small groups, premium comfort, and a direct connection to local professionals on site

Course content:

- General course: Theme-based lessons using L'atelier (2nd ed., 2022–2023) to boost real-world fluency and match the updated DELF format. You’ll practice modern learning strategies so you progress faster.

- Workshops: High-energy sessions focused on performance and interaction—role-plays, storytelling, debates, and voice work. A1–A2 explore everyday Paris; B1–B2 tackle French society and current affairs. You’ll sharpen grammar, pronunciation, vocabulary, and spelling while building exam-ready expression.

- Self-study: Weekly assignments designed for autonomy. In the quiet library of the coworking, you’ll consolidate key points and arrive prepared for 100% active practice in class.

- Socio-cultural activities: Each month, step into Paris through curated outings and micro-immersions that connect you with locals and the city’s cultural life.

Located inside the Spaces Cours Valmy coworking, this address combines an entrepreneurial spirit, bright workspaces, and premium amenities to create an inspiring learning environment.

Enjoy dedicated study areas on the ground and first floors—quiet, comfortable, and filled with natural
light. Whether you're revising solo, preparing group work, or just reading between classes, you’ll find
